EXTERIOR PAINTING
We start doing a pressure cleaning to the walls, prep and fix the cracks in order to proceed later with the painting process, applying 2 coats of paint
(first one is sprayed and the second one with roller).
INTERIOR PAINTING
We always use the best paint on the market and all of our workers are the most responsible and professional team.
We prime and apply 2 coats of paint with roller in every single project.
POPCORN REMOVAL
Before starting, we cover and protect all the floors and forniture with plastic. We spray water to the surface of the ceiling so that popcorn could be removed more easily. Then, we proceed removing it with spatula by hand.
CEILING PAINT
Apply painter´s tape aroung the edges, then we proceed to paint with roll, using a low nap roller for smooth ceilings, we moist the roller with a wet towel to help the paint load, to get into corners, use a pole-mounted brush extender. Roll slowly so the paint won´t spatter. Once we finished a couple sections go back and lightly go over the paint with and unloaded roll to smooth it out.

Our crew move the stuff in order to have a better access inside the place, after that they cover everything with plastic «floor, furniture, walls and small things will be protected», so, the apply water on the ceiling in order to scrape the popcorn down safely and efficiently.
REPAIR
Once the popcorn is removed, the crew repair the joints and seal the cracks in order to leave it ready for
«Knockdown or Smooth finish application».
TEXTURE OR SMOOTH
The Knockdown texture is sprayed with a rig machine and it requires 24 hours to be dried and cured.
Smooth finish will be done manually, this surface needs 24/48 hours to be dried and cured. After it`s dried/cured, this is ready for sanding. Once it is completely smooth, the crew will procede with the painting.
PAINT
As popcorn removal process, our crew move again the stuff in order to have a better access inside the place, after that they cover everything with plastic «floor, furniture, walls and small things will be protected»
We recomend to apply one coat of primer andtwo 2 coats of paint applied with roller.
OTHER SERVICES
Pressure Washing
We use a sprayer machine to wash and clean roofs, tiles, soffits, hallways, among others. We only use water; not chemicals products are involved in the process.
Woodgraining
We prepare the door, applying a coat of primer and letting it dry, then we proceed to apply the mix paint and the glaze, once the door is dried we apply wax or varnish.
Drywall Repair
Starting to clean the hole with a blade knife, we fill the hole with painter´s putty, once that it´s dried we proceed to lightly sand the area until smooth, spackle over the putty, spread drywall compound over the patch.
